Creative retreats for being present with God.

Draw Near retreats are quiet, creative spaces to slow down, pay attention, and make space to be with God.

Through simple creative practices, silence, Scripture, and wondering, we make room to notice what is stirring within us and where God might be meeting us.

You don’t need to be an artist or even think of yourself as creative. There is nothing you need to make beautifully or get right. These retreats are an invitation to come as you are, play a little, listen, and see what you notice.

What to Expect

Each Draw Near retreat is a little different, but you might encounter:

  • time for quiet and reflection

  • a simple creative practice or invitation

  • Scripture, story, or other words to sit with

  • questions for wondering and noticing

  • space to create without pressure

  • optional opportunities to share

Some retreats are held in person, while others are offered online. I also occasionally offer multi-week gatherings and at-home retreat experiences.
