let’s make space together

Sometimes we need a little space to slow down, pay attention, and notice what God is already doing.

I offer spiritual direction and creative, contemplative experiences for adults, children, families, and communities. Some of that happens through conversation. Sometimes through silence, story, wondering, or making something with our hands.

You don’t need to be particularly spiritual or creative. You don’t need to arrive with the right words or even know exactly what you’re looking for.

You can simply come as you are, and we’ll make some space together.

One-on-One Spiritual Direction

Spiritual direction is a quiet, sacred conversation in which we pay attention together to God’s presence and movement in your life.

I offer one-on-one spiritual direction for adults, with the option to incorporate creative practices when they are helpful. Our time might include conversation, silence, wondering, prayer, journaling, art, or simply sitting with what is unfolding in your life.

There is no agenda to accomplish and no problem you need to solve. My role is not to give advice, but to listen alongside you and help you notice.

Sessions are:

  • About 60 minutes

  • Online or in person if you are local

  • Typically monthly or as needed

  • $0–$70 suggested fee, based on need

Creative + Contemplative Retreats

I also lead retreats and gatherings that make room for God through creativity, play, silence, and reflection.

These are gentle, accessible spaces where we might paint, collage, color, journal, listen to a story, work with our hands, sit in silence, or simply wonder together.

You do not need to consider yourself an artist. The point isn’t to make something beautiful. The making itself becomes a way of slowing down, paying attention, and listening.

I offer seasonal retreats as well as retreats and creative prayer experiences for churches, small groups, and other communities.

Children + Families

Children already know something about wonder, imagination, and play.

I offer contemplative and creative experiences that give children and families room to encounter God without rushing to explain everything for them.

Depending on the setting, we might use Godly Play, sacred stories, wondering questions, silence, art, or simple creative prayer practices.

These experiences can be offered for individual children and families or adapted for churches and groups.

Maybe You’re Longing For…

  • More space to notice God in your ordinary life

  • A deeper or more honest relationship with God

  • Somewhere to bring questions without needing immediate answers

  • A gentler way to pray

  • Permission to create and play

  • A place to rediscover wonder

  • Time to listen to what is happening within you

  • A quiet place to rest in God’s presence

You don’t have to know exactly which kind of space you need before you reach out.
